Content and brand

The site’s text, graphics, logo, animations, videos and code belong to LIMEN or are used under licence. You may not copy, modify or reuse them, in whole or in part, without our written permission. You are welcome to share links to the pages.

Demo projects

The projects shown on the site (such as Barberia Ferro, Studio Marchetti, Hotel Belvedere, Osteria Fenice, Ottica Vega and Salone Iris) are concepts created by LIMEN: imaginary businesses with sample names, addresses, prices and data. Any resemblance to real businesses is coincidental.

Information and quotes

Service descriptions are indicative. Prices, timelines and the content of each project only apply once they are written in the quote or contract we sign together.

Artificial intelligence

When we build an AI receptionist for a client, the assistant always introduces itself as a virtual assistant, as required by EU Regulation 2024/1689 (AI Act, Art. 50). The LIMEN website does not use artificial intelligence systems on its visitors.

These terms are governed by Italian law. Consumers may always use the courts of the place where they live; in all other cases the courts of Modena, Italy, have jurisdiction.
